The children's wheelchair basketball session is open to everyone with all equipment provided. This session is great for anyone looking to try a new sport in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.
Aerial isn't easy. But the challenge is part of what makes it so fun! We're all about making it as accessible as we can. So this class is for people who want a slower paced aerial class and might need some more assistance. We will rig the equipment at a lower height and provide as much support as we can to get you making some shapes in the air, most likely on slings and hoop, but we're flexible on this one too. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
