Looking for a class to get you a little more active with a great social element? Then this is the class for you! 40-45minutes of fun, gentle chair based exercise, followed by a complimentary hot drink and a chat in our café. Warning - the muscles most likely to ache after are from talking and laughing!

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
Come and join us on our walk where we start at South Parade Pier in Southsea. We walk along the promenade passing attractions including Southsea Castle, the D Day Museum and sights over the Solent. We walk to Clarence Pier and take a walk back from here to a local café for tea or coffee. This is a wonderful seafront walk for taking in the fresh sea air, and seeing the sights that Southsea has to offer. This is a flat path which is suitable for all abilities.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
