Tag for those over 50 (beginners to intermediate) with skills, drills and fitness. All welcome. This is a new team fun sport . Tag is a new exciting non contact sport. Suitable to the wider community and very much social, inclusive and interactive. It's played as a team sport on usually 5/6 a-side pitch. NOTE: The first session is FREE. All sessions are FREE for players associated with local Tag Clubs affiliated with the RFU.

We have been providing our popular aerial circus skills sessions since 2015. In these, some of our newest classes, students will learn skills on the four aerial apparatus; silks (tissues), rope (corde lisse), hoop (lyra) and trapeze.
