Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.

Adaptations for those who attend with post injury/weakness recovery work All our classes are open to everyone as we offer many differentiation moves and all classes offer progressions and regressions.
