PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Men's Walking Football for those aged 40+
Our Walking Football sessions are aimed at over-50s or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football. Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session.

What do we do? Meet once a week for training and play in the Shropshire disability league once a month. Who is it for? Anyone over the age of 16 (male or female) with a disability, including invisible disabilities such asperger’s or autism. When do we meet? Every Sunday from 12pm-1pm.
