Wheelchair Rugby is a Paralympic sport for for both male and female players. The sport is a contact with sport (chair-to-chair contact) for all individuals with a physical impairment. We run weekly training sessions, fixtures and socials in Cheltenham, for adults and juniors over the age of 12. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. Dance FIIT is a Dance Fitness class, which lasts an hour. Non-stop music, for a full on cardio party. All routines are broken down within the actual song, so that you can get the hang of them as you go along, so no stopping and starting. We do this because it helps bring a sense of a party and enjoyment, rather than feeling like you are having to learn something.
