Overview

Wheelchair rugby league is an adaptive version of rugby league, designed for people with physical disabilities and is open to abled bodied too. It is played on indoor courts, with teams of five players who use specialised sports wheelchairs. The game combines elements of rugby league and wheelchair basketball, featuring high-intensity action, strategic play, and physical contact.

Meeting point instructions:

Training takes place in the school sports hall. When parking at the front, the entrance to the hall is through the gates in the main building, right of the drama building, and then immediately left as you enter the building. What3Words: Curl, stages, stocks

Accessibility Information:

The venue is fully accessible to all. There are disabled parking spaces however these may be limited depending on other groups using the facility. Disabled toilets are available however they would need to be opened by the caretaker, there are toilets right outside the hall, however the space is small.
