Inclusive gym session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
A class designed for people following a cardiac episode, including surgery, to continue to be active in a safe environment.
A fun and engaging Climbing session adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a full qualified coach with all climbing equipment provided. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.

Ease into exercise with movements designed for people with reduced mobility to strengthen and stretch muscles and mobilise joints.
Exploring the woodlands from Andrews Wood car park where there are a variety of footpaths to follow over the motorway and towards Shoreham. It has some muddy paths and a few hill challenges but the views over the Darent Valley are worth it. Walk with or without your poles.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
This class is for anyone with limitations due to a medical condition or just haven't exercised in some time. Sessions cover a number of components of Exercise to help improve Cardiovascular fitness, Strength of muscles and bones together with improving balance. It's a friendly and informal class offering alternative exercises when needed.
