Indoor Bowls is social game and offers a way to meet new people and make friends. A weekly walking group, offering individuals the chance to connect with others, take a stroll along our beautiful coastline enjoying fresh air and nature at Westgate, or take notice of the urban ecology and architecture in the town (depending on the weather!), all whilst taking part in some gentle physical activity. A relaxed group, using routes that are wheelchair and pushchair friendly. The fourth Monday of each month includes an informative themed talk, linked to the local area.

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
