Walking netball is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing netball who had to stop due to injuries.

The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. These uplifting dance classes focus on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises; adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals. Refreshments are provided after the session.
