Our Shapemaster Studio consists of power-assisted exercise equipment which provides a 'helping hand' in a low impact, full-body workout circuit.
Handcycle hire of a sport-on XCR adaptive handcycle: 1-2-1 session with a guided ride to build confidence. Individual hire that you can do independently, taking the handcycle out with a group friends/family or just on your own. As an adaptive cyclist, access to a handbike has enabled me to explore areas that were once off limits, and do so at my own pace. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875.
