We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm. These sessions are quieter with reduced capacity to cater for individuals with learning and disability needs, whether a physical or a hidden disability. Sessions are suitable for fitness, socialising, and rehabilitation.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Grade 2 - 45 minutes, about 2 miles, moderate hills, faster pace, possible stiles - (Alternative Fridays May 3rd, 17th & 32st, Jume 14th & 28th, July 12th & 26th, Aug 9th & 23rd).
