Low impact Aqua Aeorbics class.

Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.

The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Indoor Bowls is social game and offers a way to meet new people and make friends. One of the attractions of indoor bowling is that it can be played all year round (never mind the UK rain or the hot sunshine!) and by all ages, both men & women, juniors and seniors.
