Mixed Ability Rugby aims to provide an opportunity for everyone to play Rugby union. Mixed Ability sport is simply that, a mixed team. Able bodied, beginners, those coming back to the sport, those carrying injury and those with physical or mental barriers / disabilities. Fun and inclusive Boccia sessions suitable for adults of any ability. Sessions are £4, and refreshments included.

We are offering complimentary golf lessons via use of the Paragolfer, which is a specially designed vehicle that enables a participant with a mobility impairment, spinal injury, paralysis to be lifted in to a standing position. Once competent the user can visit any time to utilise the benefits of the Paragolfer, play golf and socialise in the golf environment any time.

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Inclusive boccia session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs. 

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.

Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.
