Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. Beginner Biking courses will help you to free your child from their stabilisers and get them riding on two wheels. You should only need to attend one hour long session, we will teach you to teach your child. An adult must be present to help each child. This is for children aged 4 years upwards, in a small group of up to 8 children.
Turn back the clock with this fun, effective low impact exercise class specifically designed to meet the health and fitness needs of older adults. We focus on improving balance, muscle & bone strength, flexibility, posture & aerobic health to keep you fit for life. This fitness programme follows all relevant health guidelines to promote active ageing. Exercises can be done standing or seated in a friendly, social environment. Go at your own pace!
