Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Herefordshire
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. I love chair based dance - it's a fun way of getting fit whilst sitting down. We dance whilst sitting on a chair to some great tunes, most of which you'll know and you can sing along too. Work at your own pace, just tap your toes, clap your hands and we're dancing!
