Taekwondo is a Korean martial art often known for its dynamic kicks. The translation of Taekwondo is 'the way of hand and foot', or 'the art of kicking and punching'. The aim of all classes at Unity Taekwondo Academy is to provide a fun, friendly and safe environment to instruction you in a martial art the instructors love.
