Welcome to our rejuvenating Pilates session in the serene setting of Potters Bar. This Pilates class is designed to help you strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of movements that will leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
Who can Join:
This Pilates session is exclusively for female participants. We welcome individuals of all abilities, including those with hearing, physical, learning, visual impairments, mental health issues, and social or behavioural problems. Our inclusive environment ensures that everyone can benefit from the practice of Pilates.
What to expect:
Expect a calming atmosphere, expert guidance, and a focus on mindful movement. You'll engage in exercises that target specific muscle groups, improve posture, and promote relaxation. Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of each participant, ensuring a personalised experience for all.
Capacity:
Our class has a maximum capacity of 12 participants to ensure individual attention and a supportive environment. This allows for a more intimate setting where you can receive personalised feedback from our instructors.

Join us for just £5 per session.
Location:
Find us at King Charles the Martyr Church on Mutton Lane, the session will take place in meeting room 2 which is accessed via one flight of stairs, there is no lift available.
If you are struggling to pay we are able to offer a reduced cost of £2 per session, please contact us community.services@hertsmere.gov.uk.
