Join cultural poet and artist Gnia for Afro-Caribbean circle song, movement, and wellness.

We come together for drumming, poetry, call and response, and traditional movement to focus on being present and improving wellbeing.

This gentle class is suitable for all, inclusive of those with limited mobility.
