60 Minute Walking Tai Chi workout.This all levels class is perfect for beginners as our friendly coaches offer many different variations to suit all levels.Please bring a mat if youhave one and abring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.Please register and Book In for your class to reserve your space & of course we'd love for you to bring a friend along as well!
