Overview
50 minute kettlebell workout that works the whole body to build stamina as well as strength. Simple to follow formats whereby each exercise is usually performed for up to a minute before flowing into the next one. Appealing for the self-confessed uncoordinated participants but engaging enough for those that like a push.The class is suitable for a variety of fitness levels and can be progressed with advanced options for exercises or increasing intensity with heavier weights but also can be scaled right back for the complete novice.The classes are fun, friendly and aim to challenge and you will hopefully leave wanting to do a bit more the next time around.
