Back to Netball

Overview

If you want to start playing netball again Back to Netball is for you! It is a gentle reintroduction back into netball with some skills practices and a fun game. We have people of all ages going Back to Netball and also a range of abilities from those who have never played & those who played 14 years ago at school to those who perhaps only hung up their trainers a couple of years ago. You don’t need any special kit, just clothes that you feel comfortable exercising in and trainers ideally that lace up. Make sure you bring some water and that you’ve had a snack a couple of hours before the session. Check out where your nearest session is happening....if there isn't one local to you, give us a shout and we can look at arranging one! £2 per session.
