Overview
Touch rugby is a great introduction to the sport and these sessions are a relaxed way of getting fit and having fun. Open to male and female players, juniors from 10yrs+ and adults, experienced and novice alike - all are welcome. We play to the ETA rules, although some are more relaxed than others to make sure the games flow, but all new starters have the basics explained and some coaching can be offered to the true beginners. The first session is free and after that it's just £1 per week although membership offers are available to reduce that even further.
