Functional Fitness for Seniors is about exercising to improve your ‘function’ - the things you need to do in day to day life and that you need to age well. The class focus on 'Fundamental' movements that we all need to make the most of our lives, both now and in the future. It is about undertaking exercises that research shows benefits us to maintain a happy and fit life, combating frailty, maintaining heart health and balance. The classes aim to ensure that this is also FUN!Club features
