Take a step towards better mental health with our friendly Wellbeing Walks. Open to everyone, these walks are a great way to get outside, stay active, and meet new people in a relaxed and supportive environment. Moving a little more and spending time outdoors can make a difference to our mental health. In partnership with Shawn Leek, The Mental Health Runner. This free, weekly walking group is open to everyone, no matter your ability. It’s a great way to get outside, move a little more, and connect with others in a safe, non judgemental environment.
