Join us for an uplifting session of rhythmic movement therapy designed to bring joy and movement to individuals with Parkinson's. Each week the sessions have a broad theme to link the pieces of music. Activities include free movement, structured dance, playing drums and shakers, live performance, guess the song / Artist, sharing beloved songs and being introduced to new music.
