Join us for an exciting dance session every Monday afternoon 1 pm - 2 pm & Wednesday morning, 11 am - 12noon. Expect uplifting beats, friendly faces, and a space where everyone can join in at their own pace. After each session, stay for a warm cuppa, biscuits, and a relaxed chat in our welcoming community space. A perfect mid‑week boost for wellbeing, creativity, and connection. Everyone is welcome — we’d love to see you there.
