Beginners/Gentle Yoga Thursdays

Overview
A 60 min class which will introduce you to mindfulness, breathing techniques and asanas (poses sitting, lying, kneeling and standing) modifications and props are offered for all bodies and abilities. We finish the session with a guided meditation which is beneficial for relaxation, focus and stress relief. This class is aimed at people with little or no experience of yoga or those wanting a more gentle practice. Ilchester Town Hall main room
