Over 50's Fitness is a 45 minute inclusive exercise class designed specifically for adults who want to stay active and healthy. This welcoming session focuses on improving strength, balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. Each class includes a variety of exercises that can be adapted to individual needs and abilities, so everyone can participate at their own pace. Our experienced instructors will guide you through cardio, mobility and functional movement activities to help you build confidence, maintain independence and enjoy an active lifestyle.
