Mindful Meander - a forest bathing experience

Overview
A Woodland Wellbeing forest bathing session normally lasts between 1 and a half to 2 hours. Expect a mindful, gentle paced stroll immersed in the natural environment. We will be moving at approximately 2-3 miles an hour. There will be invitations to join in activities developed to help you engage all your senses in your Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) experience as well as the opportunity for quiet reflection. As the session draws to a close we will pause for a restorative tea and share our experiences of our time spent together in nature.
