Improving Balance for Seniors - Workshop

Overview
This is a one hour workshop to support seniors over 60 to improve their balance. If you feel that your balance is deteriorating or your feel less confident getting around safely. This is for you! The workshop is intended to demonstrate exercises and techniques for older adults to improve their balance and stability and also to highlight techniques to reduce harm from falls. Individual support is provided and a handout of guidance issued. This workshop is appropriate for someone who can exercise at home safely. Places are strictly limited.
