Over 20 weeks, young people aged 11-17 years and living in West Essex, will explore their mental health and wellbeing through fishing and other interactive sessions. Connect with peers, learn valuable skills, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of fishing. All participants will be expected to attend all 20 sessions.
