Overview

At our advanced athletics academy, our experienced coaches will help improve your child's key athletics skills. Children will learn plyometrics and the technical skills of running, jumping and throwing in different athletics disciplines on our indoor and outdoor athletics track. Sessions will enhance their athletics development and help prepare them for club and school athletics.
