The Pirate Castle

Overview

From absolute beginners to more experienced paddlers, there's no better way for kids aged 8+ to have safe, adventurous fun, let off steam and learn new skills kayaking and canoeing on the Regent's Canal in the heart of Camden Town! Our brilliant, supportive team of British Canoeing instructors and trained volunteers will help you progress and gain confidence. These sessions are progressive, so you can also work towards British Canoeing Paddle Awards. We also offer opportunities for Paddle Assistant youth volunteers and British Canoeing instructor training (ages 14+). Wear active gear and footwear that you don't mind getting damp. Also bring a change of clothes and a towel for afterwards. We provide boats, paddles and buoyancy aids. Pre-booking essential. £5 per session / £3 concessions (contact us for eligibility). We recommend block-booking to get the most out of these sessions and help you progress. All staff and volunteers are fully trained and enhanced DBS checked.
