Overview
Barre & dance it is an energising body conditioning class - using barre work - to tone, align, improve strength, balance and flexibility. It is set to chart music, but uses the discipline and elegance of ballet. It teaches control, alignment and poise by working one side of the body followed by the other (as is traditional in ballet) which creates a sense of physical and mental balance. It is a full body work out whilst maintaining a lower respiratory rate and is a low impact classClub features
