Overview
This course will help you develop your balance, strength and posture. We will improve breathing technique, spine health and mobility through a range of yoga poses. We will learn ways to balance the mind, body and spirit. We will also include the health benefits of yoga such as reducing stress, anxiety and tension. We learn how to practise yoga safely. You will be guided through some simple meditation practices. You will be taught how to improve your balance. You will be supported to learn some postures and short series that you can practice safely at home In general, we will not allow late enrolment to any course after the first two weeks.Club features
