Overview

parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning. junior parkrun is 2k, dedicated to 4-14 year olds and their families, every Sunday morning. parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Accessibility Information:

Rickmansworth Aquadrome is situated just outside the town centre, close to junction 17 of the M25. Despite there being free parking available in the Aquadrome car park, we would strongly suggest travelling by foot, bike or public transport. Should you drive to the event, the car park is accessed from Frogmoor Lane and is situated just a few yards from The Cafe in the Park and the start area. The post code is WD3 1NF.
