Overview
This friendly and relaxed gentle yoga class is designed to help us all keep moving. Using props (blocks, straps and chair) where necessary, the aim is to strengthen supportive muscles to enable participants to really benefit from each and every pose in the class The class also includes stretching and balancing to provide an all over experience for the body and mind. Focus and breathwork is a key aspect of the class that can be very beenficial for anxiety and stress providing tools that you can use whenever and wherever necessary. Please feel free to bring your own mat (spares are provided if you don't have one) and wear something comfortable.Club features
