"A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!The event takes place at Hanworth Park, Feltham, London, TW13 7EY every Saturday at 9:00am. We meet by the bench directly opposite the rugby club by Hanworth Park House. It's FREE to take part, but please register before you first come along. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in the Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre - please come and join us!"
