POSTURAL STABILITY FOR FALLS PREVENTION

Overview
This Postural Stability class is taught by a fully qualified PSI Instructor. This class consists of a warm up and mobility exercises for the joints. Strength work in standing & seated using body weight, therabands (resistance bands) and hand weights. There is floor based work and so your own exercise mat is required. There is a chair beside you if you need it to help you up from the floor. Balance work is performed in stationary and walking but there is always a chair back if you need to steady yourself. Class finishes with a cool down and stretches. Please wear trousers and enclosed shoes.Club features
