Gentle WALX that ienables those who are new to nordic walking, those who are getting back into fitness or recovering from injury. A gentle walk that will not include any hills. We may incorporate some balance work, flexibility and stretching exercises at the end of the walk and maybe a bit of yoga or relaxation too.

Meeting point instructions:
Parking in the Waitrose car park is free after 6pm and on Sundays. Otherwise it is a pay and display car park. There are other free places around town so feel free to park somewhere else and meet us in the car park to save the parking fees.
Meet in area outside the police station which is in the George Lane end of the Waitrose car park.
