This week we’ll be combining our yoga session with our poles walk, taking time to fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful surroundings of Arne. We’ll find a peaceful spot along the route to enjoy simple, standing yoga postures using our poles for support. If the weather is kind, we may even take our practice down to the beach, moving to the calming sound of the waves.No experience is needed at all – it’s a lovely, accessible way to try yoga for the first time.
After our yoga session, we’ll pause to share some refreshments before making our way back to the car park.
If you’d prefer not to take part in the yoga, you’re very welcome to join the walk and simply relax in the natural surroundings while the group completes the movements.
