Overview
This is a short walk along footpaths and country lanes. Suitable for Gear 1 walkers.
Anne has very kindly invited us all to coffee and cake with her after the walk and she extends the invitatioin to all walkers.
Gear 1 - A nice, easy and natural pace that you can do for extended periods with recovery periods where appropriate. Short hills might be introduced.
