A 10 km upland loop from Flash Bar Café, this walk skirts the headwaters of the River Manifold and explores the high country around Oliver Hill, Flash village, Wildstone Rock and Wilson Knowl. It offers wide views, quiet tracks and a glimpse of where the Manifold first begins, with the café perfectly placed for pre-walk breakfast or a well-earned slice of cake at the finish.
