A more gentle walk for those with a recent medical condition that means that mobility is limited, and who feel their fitness levels have declined as a result.
The challenge is still to manage an hour walk, with rests when needed. Regularly weekly walks can bring improvements.
Start of the walk is at the same time as the other group. Warming up exercises are together and we meet again in the tearoom (when it is open) for a hot drink.
