Marple Aquaduct and Chadkirk Chapel
Xmas Eve Morning Walk
Come and join us on our last walk before Xmas, so you can have a guilt free Xmas Day, almost............
Starting from The Railway Public house in Rose Hill Marple, we'll head through the streets to the Peak Forest Canal which is part of the Cheshire Ring and hosts Marple Lock flights where we join it.
We'll pass over the Marple Aqauduct before making our way through historic woodland and Chakirk Estate and Chapel. From there we'll head up to the site of Marple Hall before returning to the pub for refreshments before our Xmas break.
