This three session course aims to teach the technique of walking with poles.
Nordic Walking is a total body workout, strengthening both lower and upper body muscles. It provides you with a walk that is less stressful on the joints, it enables you to walk faster, and increases all round fitness levels. The course is aimed at those who have not walked with nordic poles before, or haven't walked with poles for a long time and would like to refresh their skills.
If you would like to improve your general fitness and wellbeing, as well as enjoy a sociable walk, then come along and learn a new skill. BOOKING ESSENTIAL.
Suitable for all levels of fitness. Poles are provided.
Upon completion of week three you will be able to join our regular walks.
