Overview
Workout Walks are approximately 4-5 miles taking around 2.5-3 hours. They are a steady pace and some incline, there will be a stop for coffee (bring your own) and refreshments at the end (or in the middle) of the walk. Drinking water is essential.
Locations: Sale Water Park, Chorlton Park, Mobberley, Styal, Alderley Edge, Dunham Massey, Lymm, Tatton Park.

Wear clothing appropriate for the day and walking boots with good grippy soles
