Programme Details: Part 1: Learn the basics with strapless poles, and proper posture. After completing Part 1, you can join our regular WALX programme for ongoing sessions. Meeting point instructions:

Between the 1st March to 31st October (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 2.00 pounds per hour. Between the 1st November to 28th/29th February (08.00- 20.00) East Green car park is 1.20 per hour. There is free street parking on the side streets. We meet outside of the East Beach Cafe so allow time for parking.
