Using the principles of Shinrin Yoku ( Forest Bathing) she will guide you through simple ways to connect fully with nature in order to reduce stress and tap into the healing properties of wild spaces.You will be amazed at how powerful this session is and how spending time to immerse yourself in nature is life changing. Arne is fairly remote and accessed via small lanes from the HUB (beware potholes). Allow plenty of
time and take care as there are lots of cyclists and walkers on the heathland. On arrival at Arne, the Car Park is signposted and there is an overflow for
